Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the October 8 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross commented that only the
signed agreement was necessary to receive the parser source code, but the minutes
said payment was also required. Bob moved to approve the minutes with changes noted.
Lance Wang seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said the code had been accepted as the 7.0.0 distribution. The next will be
7.0.1. We were waiting for the message list spreadsheet.  We have been invoiced for the
agreed $8,000. There will be an Open Forum vote. The expense has already been approved,
but a vote of acceptance of the software is needed.  The website will be updated and
Randy Wolff will announce the software release.


IBISCHK7 source code license:
The source code download details were sent to all 7 who had signed the agreement on Oct 8.
One more company is considering purchasing the software. Four have paid so far.


New IBISCHK bugs:
No discussion.


IBIS-ISS parser:
Discussion was tabled.
